Sunday - Cleaned up around the house and set up the back yard for people to come over for fire pit time! Worked on OSF a little. Then Mike, Katie, and Garv came over for a chat and some smores by the fire pit, I enjoyed it thoroughly. Talked about moving north which is great since Katie will be in Boston and Mike is getting out of town for his internships. Fell into watching the Shining and gave Katie the prints she bought. Called it a night. OH! We also made apple cider. It was off the chain.
Monday - Nothing much going on really. Fixing HPP since they’ve made ANOTHER branding change which affects like all of their work. Went and got pub subs, which were kind of crappy. Watched TV and were lazyyyyy. Little one did work out today though. And we figured out our loose itinerary for NYC too.
Tuesday - Crap at work. Aaron didn’t get fired at MOCA though. Got home and made a list of crap we needed to do and get for the week. Got dog food and grocery shopped. Then we just sat around and watched some Glee and other shows and I fixed the iPod so I can use it. Pretty boing night overall.
Wednesday - Dealing with HPP fixes, edits, and re-edits. Wish these fuckers would make up their minds already. I also wish someone would contact me back about these positions I’m applying for. Got home to make some dank tacos and rice. Had a Skype chat with mom to detail when we’re leaving for NYC while little one worked out. Watched American Horror Story and some Mythbusters and then gave L a full massage. Also, we got the full story from Garv about his meeting. Kind of harsh but he needed to be deflated a little bit. He works hard but he’s just starting out like the rest of us. Working on this contract for a new project that yall might see soon and then I’m going to bed.
Thursday - Work. Awesome infographic most of the day, even though it’s for a church. Went straight to the Project Atrium opening from work. Gustavo’s work was pretty good. Got to climb on it which was great. The faculty show was horrible. Chomp Chomp. To Garv’s. Alanna and Judy. Home for sleep.
Friday - Finished that inforgraphic. Really busy fucking day. Went out to Murray Hill for Ben’s after work MOCA party. Had a really great time talking to everyone in a relaxed setting for once. His place was out in BFE though. Brooklyn Chocolate Stout is yummy, as well as, but not limited to: roasted marshmellows and goat cheese on baguette and a fresh tomato. Talked to Gustavo and Dorin most of the night then headed home.
Saturday - got up to do some chores. went and kicked the ball around with chase for a couple hours. got my hair cut. ate some Pho. home for a bit b4 L got off work. tried to make turkey sausage for us, but she wasn’t game. did some more chores. ATC came over and ate so-so chicken parmesean and pasta. it’s always great seeing her. always tired though. been working on that new design project. sleep.
