Sunday - Slept in. Cleaned the house as we usually do on Sundays. Went over to the mall and walked around with Tucker and Rachel. He was dressed as a monkey. Come home and lit up the fire pit and made BBQ chicken with homemade onion rings (weren’t that great but it’s a start). Tried out Garv’s Netflix on the Wii which worked great. Had a pretty slow day, which is typical of our Sundays.
Monday - Halloween. Got to work late since it was raining. Kind of a bummer day at work, but it went by quickly. Watched the Arsenal v Chelsea match I missed on Saturday. It was AMAZING. Sold some shit from the Etsy account! Even if it was to one of our friends. :) Home to lay around for awhile and then made a quick dinner and did some dishes. Didn’t do a fucking thing for Halloween. No Trick’or’Treaters and we didn’t want to go to another bar dressed up. Watched some documentaries on Netflix and went and got some ice cream from Marble Slab. That about sums it up.
Tuesday - L started getting sick today. Guess I passed my ills along to her. Got chinese takeout and watched TV like little lazy people. Boo day pretty much.
Wednesday - Busy day but I still left early so I could take care of the pups and meet Garv and Little One at art walk. Went to eat at Indochine but we met up with Shelly and KC first. Found Bowyer and the little baby and made plans to walk around. After we got bored with the AWESOME JAX ART, we met everyone at Square one and sat on the porch for awhile. Listened to Garv be inappropriate but I didnt get thrown out this time!
Thursday - L worked on her applications since she took a sick day. I danced around doing crap work all day. As has been lately, watched some TV and made dinner. Trying to save for NYC has meant ALOT of TV watching lately.
Friday - Went shopping after work since we hadn’t got the wedding present we wanted to. Had a design meeting with Kenny about this new interactive poetry site he’s working on. Everything sounds good and I’m excited to get started on it. Got some coffee and L bought boots. Went to Target and got a gift card (lazy present buying, i know). Glad she got some warm boots to walk around NYC in. Still hoping it doesn’t fucking snow, even if she’s praying for it. Called it a night after that. Might have had some much needed sex? I believe we did. Can’t remember since we passed right out and I’m writing this on Monday…
Saturday - Got up and ready for Jess and Winston’s wedding out in BFE. The wedding was nice and short which is always a plus. Jess was beautiful and everyone seemed really happy. The reception was great and looked nice but was plagued by a REALLY shitty bartender. Bitch was bad at her job and really fucking rude. Had a great time, went to Hurricane’s for a beer and the afterparty then home for awesome sexytime. DASS IT.
